Hello Writers, I am the Editor-in-Chief of a premium, boutique digital business magazine. I am looking for a creative, growth-minded narrative co-writer/ghostwriter to help bring our next 10-story issue to life. The Project Concept We take a structured 15-question intake questionnaire completed by female business founders and transform them into deeply emotional, book-style "founder journey" feature stories. We are NOT looking for standard corporate marketing blogs, interview transcripts, or dry Q&As. We need a brilliant storyteller who can master the art of "show, don't tell." You will take factual data points and paint a vivid, cinematic, multi-page layout picture of a founder's raw struggles, turning points, and ultimate breakthrough, written like a high-end book chapter. Production Timeline & Calendar We operate on a strict, rolling seasonal schedule. You must be available to work intensely during our production month: Example: * July 1st: Completed founder questionnaires are handed over to you. * July 1st – July 31st: Production writing window. * July 31st: All 10 completed story drafts must be finalized. Scope & Compensation * Volume: 10 individual founder stories per magazine issue. * Length: 1,500 to 2,000 words per feature story. * Budget: Flat $300 fixed-price project for the entire issue. * Milestone Structure: Contract is safely structured via Upwork Milestones. We will fund and release exactly $30 per approved story, so you are paid continuously as you work. * Revisions: As Editor-in-Chief, I will handle all final layout formatting, polishing, and deep line-editing to respect your time.
