Creator & Affiliate Operations Manager TRYBE + Creative Asset Management (No agencies)
Worldwide
BROTEGE is a growing men’s skincare brand looking for an experienced Creator & Affiliate Operations Manager to own the day-to-day operation of our creator/affiliate program and our creative asset-management workflow. This is approximately: 70% Creator & Affiliate Operations 30% Creative Asset Management We’re looking for an experienced independent operator who can personally own the work, build strong relationships with creators, keep systems organized, and make sure content moves cleanly from idea to usable marketing asset. What You’ll Own Creator & Affiliate Operations — ~70% We use TRYBE to operate our creator and affiliate program. TRYBE connects directly to Shopify and automates much of the transactional workflow, including product fulfillment, so this is not a manual shipping/admin role. We strongly prefer someone with hands-on TRYBE experience who understands how to run and grow a creator program inside the platform. You will: -Manage the day-to-day TRYBE program -Recruit, review, qualify, and onboard creators -Communicate with creators and build strong ongoing relationships -Follow up on briefs, content, deadlines, and outstanding deliverables -Keep creators engaged and excited about BROTEGE -Monitor automated workflows and handle exceptions when something goes wrong -Maintain clean creator records and program organization -Identify strong creators for deeper relationships and repeat collaborations -Reactivate promising creators who have gone quiet -Understand platform rules and help keep the program in good standing -Surface creator trends, opportunities, and problems to the internal team -Potentially help build a deeper BROTEGE affiliate community over time (Discord or similar) We care a lot about the human side of this role. We do not want creators receiving robotic, generic affiliate messages. This person should understand the BROTEGE voice and help make creators feel like they are part of the brand. The Handoff Our internal creative/marketing team will develop the campaign strategy, concepts, and creator briefs. Your job is to take it from there: Creative team creates brief → you manage creator execution → creator delivers content → you ensure content is organized in Shade → approved/usable content is handed off cleanly to our ads/marketing team. You are the operational bridge making sure nothing gets lost between those teams. You are not expected to be the creative director, media buyer, or video editor. Creative Asset Management — ~30% We are implementing Shade as our central creative media system. Shade is a newer platform, so previous Shade experience is not required. Think of it as a modern combination of: -Digital/media asset management -Raw footage storage -AI-powered creative search and metadata -Video review and commenting -Version/revision management -Final creative library We want creator raws, edits, final ads, photography, and other creative assets organized in Shade so the team can find and reuse content instead of losing it across Drive folders and old links. You will become the internal owner of this system and make sure: -Incoming creator content gets into the right place -Raw footage is preserved -Assets remain organized and searchable -Review versions and approved finals are clear -Metadata and folder structure remain consistent -Editors and internal teams can find what they need -The system doesn’t deteriorate into an unorganized file dump We already have a starter Shade SOP and initial structure in place. You would learn it, improve it, and own keeping the system healthy. Experience with platforms such as Frame.io, Air, Vimeo Review, Dropbox Replay, Brandfolder, Bynder, Frontify, or other DAM/MAM/content-management systems is highly relevant. TikTok Shop Experience Is a Plus! Experience with TikTok Shop + affiliates would be a strong plus. We currently work with a major agency managing our TikTok Shop program, but growth has been slower than we would like and we have not yet fully cracked the channel. We are not looking for this person to replace the agency, but someone with real TikTok Shop expertise who can act as an informed internal operator would be very valuable — helping us evaluate what is working, identify bottlenecks, collaborate with the agency, push for solutions, and help us accelerate creator and affiliate growth on the platform. You’re Probably a Strong Fit If -You have meaningful creator or affiliate management experience -You have used TRYBE (strongly preferred) -You are very good at creator communication and relationship management -You can manage many creators at different stages without things falling through the cracks -You understand the creator-content workflow from brief through final usable asset -You learn software quickly and enjoy improving systems -You are proactive rather than waiting to be told every next step -You know when to solve something yourself and when to escalate -You are comfortable owning a process end-to-end This Is an Individual Operator Role We are not looking for an agency. We are looking for an experienced independent operator who may have one or two other clients but will personally own and execute the work for BROTEGE. If your model is to win the account and then hand the work to junior employees or an outsourced team, please do not apply. When Applying, Please Answer 1. Have you personally used TRYBE? If yes, what did you manage inside it? 2. What other creator/affiliate programs or platforms have you managed, and approximately how many creators were you responsible for? 3. What experience do you have with creative asset/review platforms such as Frame.io, Air, Vimeo Review, Brandfolder, Bynder, Dropbox Replay, or similar? 4. Please confirm that you personally would be doing this work and are not applying as an agency or outsourced team. Please begin your application with BROTEGE so we know you read the full post.
