Creator Funnel + ManyChat + Systeme.io Automation Specialist Project: Build Complete Creator Monetization Funnel & Marketing Automation System We are building the marketing and monetization infrastructure for an established media personality who is expanding her presence across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn. We are looking for an experienced digital-product funnel and marketing automation specialist to implement the first version of our creator monetization system. This is NOT a social media management role. We already have a strategy for content, positioning, products and monetization. We need someone technically capable of taking that strategy and building the infrastructure behind it. Overall objective Build one centralized funnel that converts traffic from multiple social platforms into: Social content → lead magnet → email subscriber → low-ticket customer → order bump → upsell → ongoing email nurture Instagram and Facebook should additionally use ManyChat automation to move commenters into the funnel through DM/Messenger. TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn will primarily send traffic through trackable links. The finished system should be simple enough for our team to operate after the initial build without ongoing technical assistance. We would need an operations manual and explanation on how to use correctly. Technology Our anticipated V1 stack is: Systeme.io — landing pages, funnels, email, checkout and digital-product delivery ManyChat — Instagram and Facebook comment/DM automation Stripe — payment processing Metricool — existing social scheduling/analytics Meta Pixel — Facebook/Instagram tracking and future retargeting Google Analytics / appropriate tracking — traffic and conversion measurement We are open to reasonable technical recommendations, but we specifically want to keep V1 lean, inexpensive and easy to operate. We are not looking to purchase an expensive enterprise technology stack. Funnel to be built STEP 1 — Free Lead Magnet A landing page offering a free creator monetization guide. Visitor enters: First name Email address The subscriber should automatically receive the digital guide and enter the appropriate email automation. Traffic sources must be identifiable so we can determine whether leads originated from: TikTok Instagram Facebook YouTube LinkedIn Email Paid advertising eventually STEP 2 — $9 Entry Product Immediately after opting into the free guide, the subscriber should receive an offer for a $9 digital starter product. Build: Sales page Checkout Stripe payment integration Product delivery Purchase tracking STEP 3 — $7 Order Bump At checkout, buyers should have the ability to add a complementary $7 digital product with a single selection. We need proper tracking of: Checkout conversion Order-bump acceptance Average order value STEP 4 — $27 One-Click Upsell After purchasing the $9 product, customers should receive a $27 post-purchase offer. Ideally the customer should be able to accept this without manually entering payment information again, assuming the platform/payment processor supports this functionality. Build both the upsell and appropriate decline path. STEP 5 — Thank-You / Delivery Customers should arrive at a clean confirmation page explaining: What they purchased How to access it What happens next Where to contact us for support Digital products should be delivered automatically. Email automation Build an initial automated welcome/nurture sequence of approximately 7 emails over 10 days. We will provide or collaborate on the actual marketing copy. The freelancer is responsible for implementing: Triggers Tags Segmentation Delays Purchase conditions Subscriber vs. customer logic Product-delivery emails Unsubscribe/compliance functionality A customer who has already purchased an offer should not continue receiving unnecessary emails selling the exact same product. The architecture should allow us to add additional products and email sequences later without rebuilding the entire system. Instagram ManyChat Configure an Instagram comment-to-DM automation. Initial keyword: MONEY Example flow: Creator publishes Reel → viewer comments MONEY → ManyChat sends Instagram DM → viewer is directed to free lead magnet → email captured → funnel begins. We will provide final messaging/copy. Freelancer should configure, test and document the automation. Facebook ManyChat Build the corresponding Facebook/Messenger automation wherever supported. Desired journey: Facebook content → viewer comments keyword → Messenger automation → free guide → email capture → centralized funnel. We want Instagram and Facebook ultimately feeding the same subscriber/customer database, rather than operating as separate businesses. TikTok / YouTube / LinkedIn Configure trackable URLs/UTM structure allowing us to send traffic from these platforms directly to the same lead-magnet landing page. We should be able to determine which platforms produce: Traffic Leads Customers Revenue Analytics & tracking This is an important component of the project. Configure appropriate tracking including: Meta Pixel Google Analytics where appropriate UTM conventions Funnel conversion tracking Lead tracking Purchase tracking We ultimately want to measure: Visitor → lead conversion Lead → customer conversion Revenue by traffic source Average order value Order-bump conversion Upsell conversion Cost per lead/customer once paid advertising begins The architecture should also support future Meta retargeting campaigns. Basic website structure Assist in creating or integrating a simple web presence containing: Home Creators — lead magnet/funnel Work With Justine — professional inquiries including brand partnerships, sponsored content, hosting, live selling and appearances Shop — digital products as they are introduced About We do NOT need an elaborate custom website. Conversion, mobile usability and ease of maintenance are more important than elaborate design. Mobile optimization This audience will overwhelmingly originate from social media. Therefore every page and checkout must be thoroughly optimized and tested on mobile devices. Documentation & handoff We do not want to become permanently dependent on the freelancer for basic changes. At completion, please provide: A recorded walkthrough of the entire system Explanation of funnel structure Explanation of ManyChat automations How to edit landing pages How to edit emails How to upload/replace products How to create new tracking links How to view basic analytics Admin/account ownership transferred to us All accounts, domains, customer data, payment accounts and marketing assets must remain owned and controlled by us.
