Creator Partnerships Manager

About the Project We're building a new platform for independent short-form drama series. Creators can publish their existing series, keep full ownership of their content, continue publishing on other platforms, set their own pricing for paid episodes, and earn additional revenue through our platform. Our current focus is building the first catalog of high-quality series, and we're looking for someone who can help us find talented creators and bring them to the platform. What You'll Do * Find independent creators and studios producing short-form drama series, web dramas, and vertical series. * Reach out through Instagram, TikTok, email, WhatsApp, and other channels. * Build relationships with creators and introduce them to the platform. * Explain how the platform works and answer creators' questions. * Guide creators through the onboarding process. * Help creators publish their first series. * Share creator feedback and market insights to help improve the platform. What We're Looking For * Experience in business development, partnerships, creator relations, influencer marketing, outreach, or sales. * Excellent written and spoken English. * Strong communication and relationship-building skills. * Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently. Experience in entertainment, digital media, OTT, or the creator economy is a plus, but not required. Compensation This is a performance-based role. There is no hourly rate. Payments are made for each creator who successfully publishes a qualifying series on the platform. Payment per Creator $5 — 10–14 published episodes $10 — 15–29 published episodes $20 — 30–49 published episodes $50 — 50+ published episodes Performance Bonuses (Cumulative) Additional bonuses are paid when creators you onboard successfully monetize their content on the platform: +$10 when a creator earns their first $100 +$25 when a creator earns their first $500 +$50 when a creator earns their first $1,000 Performance bonuses are cumulative and paid as each milestone is reached. Earning Potential There is no cap on earnings. The more creators you onboard - and the more successful they become on the platform - the more you earn. Why Join Us?
