Job Title: Turnkey Credit Repair Agency Setup: Texas LLC, High-Risk Merchant, GoHighLevel & DisputeFox Expert ​Budget: $1800 - $2500 Fixed Price ​Job Description: ​I am launching a professional credit repair company and am looking for an experienced operations and automation expert to build a complete, automated, and scalable business from the ground up. ​I am not looking for someone to simply build a basic website. I need a complete done-for-you business system that is 100% operational and ready to accept clients immediately. ​My goal as the owner is to focus purely on local networking, mortgage broker/realtor partnerships, and marketing, while my overseas Virtual Assistant handles day-to-day dispute fulfillment inside DisputeFox. ​Scope of Work & Key Deliverables ​1. Business Formation & High-Risk Compliance Guidance ​Guidance on clean Texas LLC structure (Form 205) optimized for high-risk underwriting (State fees paid directly by client). ​Single-Member Operating Agreement provided. ​IRS EIN online registration guidance & business email/domain setup (Google Workspace). ​Texas $10,000 Credit Repair Surety Bond application assistance. ​High-Risk Merchant Setup: Guidance and integration for high-risk payment processing (e.g., Authorize.net, SeamlessChex, or PaymentCloud) for recurring monthly retainer billing. (Note: Standard processors like Stripe do not allow credit repair). ​2. Website & Front-End CRM (GoHighLevel) ​Professional, mobile-friendly landing pages/funnel (Home, Services, Pricing, FAQ, Contact, Booking). ​Automated intake forms, calendar booking, missed-call text back, and review request automations. ​CROA-compliant digital agreement dispatch (e-signatures for client service agreements and authorization forms). ​3. Back-End Dispute Engine (DisputeFox) ​Full DisputeFox configuration (Client portal, document uploads, task management, and dispute workflows). ​API / Webhook Integration: Seamless automatic syncing of client data, credentials, and pulled 3-bureau credit reports from GoHighLevel straight into DisputeFox. ​4. Communication & Billing Automations ​Twilio integration for SMS notifications, abandoned signup drips, and failed payment recovery workflows. ​Automated recurring subscription billing setup ($75 setup + $75/mo retainer model). ​5. VA Sourcing, SOPs & Systems Training ​Assistance sourcing 1 dispute VA (Philippines/LATAM at $5–$7/hr). ​Complete video SOPs (Loom walkthroughs) teaching the VA how to pull credit reports, process Metro2 dispute rounds in DisputeFox, and update pipeline stages. ​30 days of post-launch technical support and sandbox testing before live client onboarding. ​Qualifications & Experience ​Proven track record building automated GoHighLevel + DisputeFox integrations. ​Experience configuring high-risk merchant gateways (Authorize.net / SeamlessChex). ​Credit repair knowledge, Metro2 dispute framework experience, or CROA compliance understanding is a strong plus! ​VA sourcing and training experience is a strong plus! ​Please Include In Your Proposal: ​Video walkthroughs or screenshots of previous GoHighLevel + DisputeFox setups you have built. ​Estimated timeline to full handoff (Target: 10–14 days). ​Confirming that 100% of the build will take place inside my native master accounts so I retain full asset ownership.
