Croatian Short-Form Video Editor for AI / Tech Content – Long-Term

I'm looking for a Croatian-speaking video editor to help me edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels and potentially LinkedIn. I’m building a personal brand around AI, AI tools, automation, AI agents, ecommerce and practical business use cases. What the videos will look like. I will provide the raw footage, usually including: - Talking-head footage of me speaking to the camera - Screen recordings of AI tools, websites, workflows, demos, etc. - Any additional materials needed for the video Your job will be to turn this into a polished, engaging short-form video. Depending on the video, editing may include: - Clean cuts and pacing - Croatian subtitles / captions - Zooms and basic camera movement - Screen recordings inserted at the right moments - Icons, graphics and simple animations - Highlighting important parts of the screen - B-roll where it makes sense - Sound effects and background music when appropriate - Making the final video feel dynamic without being over-edited The style should be modern, clean and professional. I'm not looking for extremely aggressive TikTok-style editing with an effect every second. The content is focused on AI, technology and business, so it should still feel credible and professional. Croatian language is important! You need to understand Croatian well enough to follow what I'm saying, create accurate captions and understand which parts of the video should be emphasized. I would first like to do one paid test video. If we work well together and I like the editing style, I'm looking for someone for a long-term collaboration, potentially editing multiple videos every week. For ongoing work, I currently expect a budget of approximately $10–25 per short-form video, depending on the complexity of the edit and the amount of ongoing work. We can agree on a consistent workflow and pricing once we see how the first videos go.
