Curriculum Design & Training - Customer Service, Sales, and Product Knowledge

AllFilters.com, a 7-time recipient of the Inc. 5000 list of the fastest-growing private companies in America, is looking for an experienced teacher or professional educator to design, deliver, and continuously improve our customer service and sales training curriculum. This is a remote, contracted role focused on virtual training delivery using online classroom tools and AI coaching software. The role is responsible for scheduling and delivering both ongoing product knowledge retraining for the existing team and onboarding training for new hires, through an ongoing contracted relationship. Curriculum Analysis and Development - Conduct a comprehensive audit of the suite of tools and documents to assess the current training state. - Conduct a training analysis in partnership with the CEO to prioritize curriculum updates. - Present and implement management-approved suggestions for improving training materials, with a preference for a fully cloud-based toolset. - Conduct ongoing assessments of the training curriculum to update it in response to changes in the business, product line, or processes. Training Delivery - Customize training, retraining, implementation, and performance plans for each employee position and design group training. - Make extensive use of AI coaching software to support the ongoing training of both new and existing employees. Training Effectiveness and Outcomes - Design and implement pre/post knowledge checks or skill assessments for new hires and retraining plans to measure learning gain, not just completion - Track and report training metrics (completions, quiz scores, onboarding time for new hires, timelines for continuing education) - Share training outcome data with the on a regular cadence, and incorporate their observations on performance into curriculum updates as needed. Foundational Product and Process Knowledge - Understand all customer service and sales employee duties in order to successfully deliver training. Qualifications - Must align with the company’s culture and core values of honesty, ethics, and positivity. - A bachelor’s degree in education or a related field. - At least two years of full-time, professional teaching experience requiring a license, certificate, or credential. - Strong communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to adapt to diverse learning styles, including non-native English speakers. - Responsible, professional, and a team player with high standards and attention to detail. - Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office or ability to learn and effectively use Google Workplace tools and CRM software.. - Experience using virtual classroom and learning management systems to deliver online instruction and assessments - Experience leveraging AI tools and software for coaching and feedback preferred - Demonstrated perseverance in receiving and delivering constructive feedback. - High level of confidentiality and discernment. - Exceptionally organized with excellent initiative skills.
