Curriculum Developer – Primary Literacy, Maths, Science, Arts, History, SEL

We are currently developing an exciting range of Primary school curriculum and are seeking experienced, skilled and passionate Curriculum Developers to join us.   Role Overview This role focuses on the development of high-quality Primary curriculum, with a strong emphasis on engaging classroom practice. You will work within established GGSA frameworks and templates to create lessons and resources that are visually engaging, pedagogically sound, and classroom-ready. This role requires min 30 hours a week availability.   Key Responsibilities Develop Primary lessons aligned to GGSA priorities and the Australian Curriculum Contribute to the creation of a new unit of work Draft teacher guides, student workbooks, assessment materials, and supporting resources using set templates Design visually engaging PowerPoint presentations for classroom use Confidently record short lesson videos to support teacher/student implementation Prepare materials for peer and leadership review, respond to feedback, and update resources accurately Follow the GGSA Weekly Work Cycle and deliver agreed outputs within established timeframes Adhere to curriculum processes, systems, and quality standards Communicate clearly and proactively about progress, questions, or potential delays   Required Skills & Experience Strong knowledge particularly in the Primary years Experience teaching primary-aged students Understanding Australian contexts (or a strong willingness to learn respectfully and deeply) Proficient skills in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint Confidence recording short instructional videos (clear voice, professional presence) Creative design sensibility and attention to visual detail Highly organised, able to manage timeframes and multiple deliverables Open, professional communicator who welcomes feedback Passionate about transforming classroom experiences through high-quality digital curriculum   Why Work With GGSA?
