Custom Cat Sticker Design and Printing

Summary

I need a designer to create custom stickers featuring my two cats for wedding favors. The project includes designing the sticker, getting my approval on the final design, and handling printing and delivery. I’m looking for someone who can turn my idea into a polished, professional product and manage the full process from concept to final delivery. Attached is an example sticker that we received at another wedding that we really loved + a picture of Presto/Trino (Presto is missing her left eye). First time doing this sort of thing so please let me know what is a reasonable budget here (hoping to pay ~$300 but maybe that's not right). Thank you!
