Custom Dashboard for Lead Scraping

Job Title: Full-Stack Developer – Lead Scraping & Cold Email Outreach Dashboard (Apify + Vercel) Project Overview: I'm looking for an experienced developer to build a custom web dashboard that automates lead generation and cold email outreach. The system should scrape lead data using Apify, present it through a clean, user-friendly dashboard hosted on Vercel, and send cold email campaigns via a configured SMTP email sender. Scope of Work: Integrate Apify actors/scrapers to pull lead data (e.g., name, email, company, LinkedIn, etc.) from specified sources Build a custom dashboard (hosted on Vercel) to view, filter, tag, and manage scraped leads Set up SMTP email sending functionality to launch and manage cold email campaigns directly from the dashboard Enable basic campaign management: creating email sequences, tracking sent/opened/replied status, and pausing/editing campaigns Ensure the dashboard is intuitive and requires no technical background to operate day-to-day Handle deployment, environment variables, and hosting setup on Vercel Ideal Skills & Experience: Strong experience with Apify (actors, API integration, scheduling scrapers) Proficiency in modern web development (Next.js/React preferred, given Vercel hosting) Experience setting up SMTP email sending (e.g., via Nodemailer, SendGrid SMTP relay, or similar) Familiarity with cold email/marketing automation best practices (deliverability, sending limits, personalization, unsubscribe handling) Database experience for storing lead and campaign data (e.g., Postgres, Supabase, MongoDB) Clean UI/UX sensibility — this needs to be simple and efficient to use, not just functional Deliverables: Fully functional dashboard deployed on Vercel Working Apify scraping integration for lead collection Working SMTP-based cold email sending system Basic documentation on how to use/maintain the system
