Custom Pool App with TTLock Integration

Summary

Need a developer to build a custom mobile app for a pool/billiard business with multiple tables. The existing TTLock locks already work, and I want a custom app to control them instead of the TTLock app. Key features include prepayment for games, competition and tournament management, and MTN Mobile Money Rwanda payment integration. An admin dashboard is also needed for tables, players, payments, games, and tournaments. Please confirm TTLock compatibility before full development and share relevant experience with similar projects.
