Custom 3D VTuber Model from Scratch (Strictly NO VRoid / Auto-Generators)

I am looking for a highly skilled 3D artist to model, texture, and rig a custom 3D VTuber avatar from scratch for an English-language gaming and streaming channel (Vexhis). CRITICAL REQUIREMENTS (Please read carefully before applying): Full Commercial & IP Rights: Upon completion and full payment, I must hold 100% full commercial rights, intellectual property (IP), and copyright of the model. You cannot resell it, reuse parts of it, or claim any royalties. The model is completely mine. 100% Custom Work: The model must be built entirely from scratch in Blender. NO Generators: Strictly NO VRoid, VRM presets, MToon auto-shaders, or AI-generated meshes. I will carefully inspect the source file. Clean Topology & Separated Meshes: The model must have clean topology with separate objects for the Head, Body, and Clothes. No permanently merged raw meshes. Advanced Rigging: Full body rig and strictly requires 52 ARKit blendshapes for precise facial tracking. Deliverables: I require the original .blend source file, along with all original textures, materials, and any other related project files upon completion.
