🚀 **Looking for a Developer to Build a Custom Vacation Rental Owner Portal** I own and operate a vacation rental property management company and am looking for an experienced developer to build a beautiful, secure **owner/client portal** for our property owners. I already have the concept, workflow, and initial UI mockups designed. I’m looking for someone who can take the vision and turn it into a working web application. **What I want to build:** Property owners would have their own secure login and be able to view: • Property performance dashboard • Revenue, occupancy, ADR and other KPIs • Month-over-month and year-over-year performance • Upcoming reservations • Monthly owner statements and downloadable PDFs • Maintenance history and updates • Maintenance/expense approval requests • Property documents • Owner stay requests • Messages/updates from our management company There would also be a separate **admin dashboard** where our team can manage owners, properties, statements, documents, maintenance items and requests. Ideally, reservation/property data would integrate with **Hospitable via API** so that we are not manually duplicating information. **Preferred experience:** • Lovable and/or Claude Code • Supabase • API integrations • Authentication and role-based access • Multi-tenant SaaS/client portals • Supabase Row Level Security (RLS) • Dashboard/data visualization • Responsive/mobile-friendly web apps Security is extremely important. Each owner must only be able to access the properties, financial information, statements and documents associated with their account. **This is NOT just a website project.** I am specifically looking for someone experienced in building authenticated web applications/client portals. I would like to start with a V1/MVP using a small number of properties and expand from there. I’m open to a fixed-price project and would prefer milestone-based payments, beginning with a working prototype. **Budget:** Approximately $4,000–$6,000 for V1 depending on experience, scope and proposed architecture.
