Custom WordPress Theme Developer Needed

I’m looking to hire an experienced WordPress developer to build a completely custom, lightweight WordPress theme for my dog breeding and training business. The most important requirement is that the new theme be independent of page builders and unnecessary add-ons such as Elementor. I want a clean, professionally coded theme that is fast, secure, easy to maintain, and built with SEO in mind. If you want to build the new theme using SiteOrgin or Elemator please do not apply. I am looking for fresh build without importing all the old coding / plugins. Current Websites I have two existing websites that I would like you to review and use as references: kingrottweilers.com – My original website, built on the older Kennal theme. I had a custom plugin developed to manage my litters, but unfortunately that plugin is dependent on the theme. rottweilerpuppies.com – A newer, but now outdated, version built on the Dawg3 theme. This site requires a large number of plugins. We used PODS to manage and display dogs and litters, and I am open to using PODS again if it is the best solution. Both have WOO installed but this is not needed since the products can be managed in PODS. I would like you to take the best features, content, functionality, and design ideas from both websites and build a NEW website from the GROUND UP. Website Requirements The new site should allow me to easily: Create and manage individual dog profiles. List current and past litters. Display puppies and litter information in an organized way. Manage breeding information and other dog-related content. Easily add and update content myself without needing a developer for everyday tasks. Use Gravity Forms for forms and SquareUp Payments, UNLESS there is a better option.. Use Yoast SEO. Integrate with a reliable social media plugin/solution. Import as much existing content, images, dog information, litter information, pages, posts, and SEO data as reasonably possible from the existing KingRottweilers.com.. I am open to using PODS again for managing dogs, litters and Products if you believe it is the right approach, but I want the underlying implementation to be clean and maintainable. Performance & SEO A major goal of this project is to start fresh with a fast, modern website while preserving as much valuable content and SEO equity from the existing sites as possible. The new theme should be: Lightweight and fast-loading. Mobile responsive. SEO-friendly from the ground up. Built with clean, efficient code. Compatible with Yoast SEO. Structured properly for search engines. Designed with Core Web Vitals and page speed in mind. Free from unnecessary plugins and dependencies. Easy to maintain and expand in the future. AND GROUND UP NEW WEBSITE CODING I want the developer to look at both existing websites, understand what works and what doesn't, and then recommend the best overall architecture and approach rather than simply copying one of the existing sites. Important I have attempted this project once before and never completed it, THIS WAS MY OWN FAULT AS I RAN OUT OF TIME FOR MYSELF TO COMPLETE. So I’m specifically looking for someone who can take ownership of the project, communicate clearly, and actually bring it to completion.
