Custom YouTube Motion Graphics Designer — Premiere Pro + After Effects / MOGRT System

CUSTOM YOUTUBE MOTION GRAPHICS DESIGNER I’m looking for an experienced motion graphics designer to create a custom, reusable graphics system for my real estate YouTube channel. I already have a long-term video editor, so this is not primarily a video editing role. I’m specifically looking for someone with strong motion design experience who can build a polished visual system that my editor can reuse efficiently across future videos. The overall style should feel clean, modern, professional, premium, and informative without being overly flashy. WHAT I’M LOOKING FOR The package will likely include recurring assets such as: • Chapter / section title animations • Lower thirds • Location and map graphics • Statistics and number callouts • Text emphasis animations • Bullet / list graphics • Comparison graphics • Property / real estate information graphics • CTA / contact / subscribe graphics • Title cards and transitions • Potentially charts, timelines, and quote graphics I expect the full system may end up around 25–35 templates or variations, although I would prefer to start with the most important recurring graphics first. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS My editor works primarily in Adobe Premiere Pro. The graphics can be designed and animated in Adobe After Effects, but the final workflow needs to be easy to use inside Premiere Pro. For appropriate assets, I would strongly prefer MOGRT / Essential Graphics templates with editable parameters such as text, numbers, colors, images, labels, and other common elements. I also want the original After Effects and/or Premiere Pro source files. I strongly prefer the core asset library to be plugin-free so we avoid compatibility issues, missing licenses, or problems if another editor needs to use the package in the future. The primary format is 16:9 YouTube, ideally designed at 4K and scalable for 1080p use. CREATIVE DIRECTION I want a new and original visual system created specifically for my channel. I may provide examples from YouTube or existing videos to demonstrate functionality, pacing, or the quality level I’m looking for. These references should not be copied or recreated with minor changes. The goal is to create something original, cohesive, and tailored to my brand. For maps, charts, or more specialized graphics, I understand that not every asset needs to function as one universal MOGRT. I’m open to the designer recommending the best Premiere-compatible workflow while keeping the visual system consistent. The final project should also be well organized and clearly labeled so my current editor, or another editor in the future, can easily understand and use the assets.
