About us EachMoment digitises family memories: old video tapes, film reels and photos for customers across the UK and Europe. Customers order a Memory Box, fill it with their tapes and photos, and send it back to us to be digitised. The role About a week after ordering, we like to call customers to guide them through the process and reduce friction. Your job is to call them in their own language, answer their questions, and help them get their box on its way. You'll send a short follow-up email after each call and log the outcome in our dashboard. What you'll do day to day - Work through a daily list of customers due their check-in call - Answer common questions: what fits in the box, how to pack tapes safely, how the courier collection or drop-off works - Send a short follow-up email after each call - Log call outcomes and flag anything unusual to our team - Work to clear targets for returned boxes What we're looking for - Native-level French, German, Italian, Swedish, Dutch or Spanish, plus comfortable spoken and written English (our internal team works in English) - Warm, patient phone manner — many of our customers are older and not very technical - A quiet workspace and reliable internet - Available for calls on weekdays during daytime hours in the customer's time zone Details Roughly 10 hours per week to start, ongoing if it goes well. Calls are made through our web-based phone system, so you only need a computer and a headset. We provide full training and call guides.
