Customer Interviewer (Spanish language, EU timezome)

About the role We're looking for an experienced researcher to conduct ~20 in-depth interviews with users of IT products in Spanish and English. Requirements Proven experience in IT research Strong command of the Jobs To Be Done (JTBD) methodology — required Documented case studies / portfolio of previous research projects Fluent Spanish or Portuguese English — for all reporting and communication Ability to build rapport and lead a natural, conversational interview What we provide A ready-to-use interview guide The respondents have been recruited on our end. A dedicated point of contact on our team for operational questions Engagement format Volume: ~20 interviews Interview length: 1 hour Respondent time zones: daytime hours across Europe Stage 1: 2 test interviews (paid) — to validate competency Stage 2: work in batches of 5 interviews Payment is issued upon delivery of each batch Rate range: as listed in the Upwork posting Delivery requirements The freelancer's deliverable: conduct the interview and submit the recording (audio/video) All reporting and communication regarding deliverables must be in English The recording must be submitted on the same day the interview is conducted — this is a strict requirement Interviews delivered after the deadline will not be paid Long-term opportunity Strong performers will be invited to join as a long-term contractor.
