Customer Profiles Data Handling | Excel Data Entry

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to collect customer profile information from our online software and organize it into Excel spreadsheets. The project involves Data Entry, Data Collection, and Data Processing while ensuring customer records are accurate, complete, and properly structured. Project Tasks: * Pull customer profile data from our online software * Perform accurate Data Entry into Microsoft Excel * Use AI tools to assist with Data Collection and organizing information * Review and verify collected data before entering it into Excel * Structure customer records in a clear and consistent format * Check for missing, duplicate, or inconsistent information * Handle bulk Data Entry while maintaining Data Accuracy * Keep Excel spreadsheets organized and up to date * Follow project instructions and maintain customer data quality Ideal Candidate: * Experience with Data Entry and Excel Data Entry * Comfortable working with online software and large datasets * Familiar with AI-assisted Data Collection and Data Processing
