Backbone Customer Service is hiring a high-performance Customer Service Agent. This is an A-player role. We are looking for someone who takes ownership, thinks ahead, communicates clearly, and performs well under pressure. If you want a loose environment with low accountability, this is not the right fit. What you’ll do: You will help us deliver excellent customer support for eCommerce brands/dropshipping on Shopify. Your work will include: - handling tickets professionally and efficiently - solving problems instead of passing them on - communicating clearly and consistently - working inside a virtual office - staying active during working hours - hitting KPIs and improving over time We value people who ask smart questions, learn fast, and follow through without needing to be chased. What we’re looking for: - Strong customer service experience - A-player mindset - Reliable, proactive, and coachable - Comfortable working in a virtual office - Able to work independently - Clear written communication - Strong problem-solving skills - Serious about performance and growth What success looks like: - You stay present and dependable - You respond quickly and professionally - You solve issues efficiently - You communicate clearly with the team - You meet performance targets consistently - You raise the standard around you Salary & Benefits: - Base salary: €5/hour during the 3-month training period - After training: €6/hour. If you really turn out to be an A player, salary can quickly increase to €7/hour - Hours: you will gradually build up to full-time hours after onboarding - Performance bonus: up to 20% monthly bonus based on ticket/hour and SLA performance - Signing bonus: €100 upon successful hiring - Referral bonus: €150 - Unlimited leave days: must be requested and approved 2 months in advance - 100% remote - Team meetings in Albania Who should apply?
