Customer Service & Shopify Virtual Assistant

We are hiring a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Customer Service and Shopify Virtual Assistant for a growing eCommerce beauty brand. Hours: 10 to 15 hours per week to start Schedule: Must be available during U.S. business hours and able to start between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM Pacific Time RESPONSIBILITIES Respond to customer emails and Shopify Inbox messages. Manage customer tickets in Gorgias. Sort, tag, close, and organize tickets. Create and update Gorgias macros. Respond to Facebook and Instagram messages and comments through Meta Business Suite. Manage TikTok Shop customer service messages and order concerns. Review Shopify orders, refunds, order edits, address changes, tracking, and delayed orders. Monitor fulfillment and investigate orders that have not shipped. File and track shipping claims for lost or damaged packages. Monitor inventory and report low-stock items or discrepancies. Complete data entry and update spreadsheets. Review basic Shopify, Gorgias, inventory, and customer service analytics. Prepare simple weekly reports and identify recurring customer issues. Escalate issues that require management approval.
