We are a stable and profitable business looking for a proactive and versatile assistant to handle customer support while driving our social media growth, especially on TikTok. This is a hands-on role combining communication, content creation, and outreach. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer enquiries on WhatsApp, TikTok, and Instagram in a timely, professional manner Engage inbound leads and follow up to improve conversion rates Manage and grow social media accounts (TikTok & Instagram) Create short-form videos including voiceovers (TikTok) Design simple creatives (Canva) and edit videos (CapCut) Manage and update Wix website content Conduct creator outreach on TikTok and Instagram for collaborations Actively engage with TikTok comments to boost visibility and interaction Support business development through outreach and lead generation Assist with ad hoc virtual assistant tasks as needed Requirements: Strong written and spoken English Comfortable speaking on voiceovers for videos Experience with TikTok content creation and trends Familiar with Canva, CapCut, and Wix Responsive, reliable, and detail-oriented Ability to work independently and execute quickly Nice to Have: Experience in customer service or sales Basic understanding of digital marketing and lead generation Prior experience managing social media accounts for a business Working Style: Remote, flexible hours Fast-paced environment with clear deliverables Opportunity to grow into a larger role over time
