Cyprus Statutory Auditor Needed for First Audit and Ongoing Compliance Support

I am looking for a Cyprus-qualified statutory auditor or audit firm to complete and sign off the first statutory audit of my Cyprus private limited company, with the intention of developing a long-term professional relationship for future annual audits and ongoing compliance support. The first engagement will also provide an opportunity for both parties to assess suitability, communication style, quality of work, and how we work together. Company profile: - Cyprus private limited company - Incorporated: July 2025 - Trading commenced: October 2025 - First accounting period: expected to cover July 2025 to 31 December 2025 (subject to confirmation) - Consultancy services business - One client only, invoiced monthly - Turnover during the initial trading period (October–December 2025): approximately €30,000 - Expected full-year turnover going forward: approximately €40,000 - Registered for VIES and applying reverse charge treatment - Nil VAT returns submitted - One company bank account Company structure: - One director who is also the 99% shareholder and employee - One additional director who holds 1% of the shares and is also the company secretary - No other employees Current arrangements: We currently manage internally: - Day-to-day bookkeeping - VAT returns - Payroll - Social Insurance submissions - UBO updates Services required: - Annual financial statements and statutory audit - Review bookkeeping and accounting records - Prepare or review annual financial statements - Complete statutory audit procedures in accordance with Cyprus requirements - Issue and sign the statutory auditor’s report Tax and compliance support - Prepare corporation tax computation - Advise on provisional tax obligations - Prepare and submit corporate tax return - Assist with annual Registrar filings - Provide occasional tax advice during the year Company complexity: - Monthly consultancy invoices to one client - Routine operating expenses - One bank account - No inventory - No loans or financing - No complex transactions - Simple owner-managed structure Documents available: - Company incorporation and corporate documents - Bank statements - Client agreement and invoices - Expense records and supporting documentation - Payroll records and statutory submissions - VAT/VIES filings - Company registers Ideal candidate: - Must be authorised to perform and sign statutory audits in Cyprus - Must be an ICPAC registered statutory auditor or represent a Cyprus audit firm - Experience with small owner-managed Cyprus companies preferred - Experience with first-year audits preferred - Ideally able to provide both accounting/tax compliance support and statutory audit services Please provide: - Confirmation that you are authorised to sign Cyprus statutory audit reports - Details of your experience with Cyprus private companies - Fixed fee quotation for the first statutory audit - Annual fee proposal for future years - Confirmation of whether your fee includes preparation of annual financial statements, corporation tax computation, corporate tax return and Registrar filings - Expected timeline for completion - Your preferred approach for working with small businesses and directors Thank you.
