AI DEVELOPER - VTON Diffusion Model development & Deployment

About Us FITCHECK Global is building advanced AI-powered solutions in the image generation and fashion-tech space. We’re looking for a highly skilled AI Developer to join us to help optimize, deploy, and scale state-of-the-art image generation models. Role Overview You will work hands-on with diffusion-based image generation models, focusing on performance optimization, inference speed, and production-ready deployment. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable working close to the metal and optimizing models for real-world use. Required Skills & Experience • Proven experience working with diffusion-based image generation models, including Virtual Try-On (VTON) pipelines • MUST HAVE Hands-on experience deploying and running models on RUNPOD Serverless and must have existing experience on deploying complex models with the docker and containerization method • Strong experience with TensorRT, including model quantization and end-to-end inference optimization • Experience working with FLUX models and related architectures • Solid background in optimizing image preprocessing pipelines for performance and scalability • Experience developing or integrating masking tools for image generation and manipulation workflows • Strong proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch preferred) • Ability to optimize models for production environments with a focus on speed, memory, and reliability
