DTC Ad Script Copywriter UGC / VO / B-roll (Direct Response)

I'm a creative strategist running paid social for high-spend DTC brands. I do all the strategy and concepting myself and I need someone to turn my finished concept briefs into the actual ad scripts and editor visual briefs, so I stop being the bottleneck. You'll never stare at a blank page. Every concept arrives fully built: the angle, the awareness stage, the emotion, the framework, the reference ad with my breakdown, and a beat-by-beat skeleton with the messaging mapped. Your job is the craft on top: write the script, and brief the editor. What you'll do: - Write the ad script from the brief: 3 hook variations plus the full body (VO / UGC / b-roll / listicle), in the brand's voice. - Write the visual brief for the editor (show-don't-tell shot and editing notes). - Deliver a steady batch each week, async. - Take one round of notes and tighten. Early on I'll teach you the principles behind the briefs. Who you are: - You've written direct-response ad copy for DTC / ecommerce brands on Meta or TikTok, not blogs. - You get hooks, angles, and awareness stages, and how a script holds attention second by second. - You can write in a brand's voice, not just your own. - Sharp attention to detail, follow a tight brief but can think inside it. - Reliable. When you say Friday, it's Friday. Details: - remote, freelance, ongoing. - Pay is per script (3 hooks + body + visual brief for one concept) To apply: answer the screening questions carefully.
