Data Analyst for YouTube Content, Titles and Thumbnail Strategy

We are looking for a true data person—someone exceptional at compiling, organizing, analyzing, and finding patterns within large datasets. The primary focus will be using data to: Identify emerging topics and viral content opportunities Find outlier videos and unusual performance patterns Develop data-backed YouTube content ideas Create stronger video titles Develop thumbnail concepts and creative direction Analyze how titles and thumbnails work together as a complete package You do not need to design thumbnails. You must understand the psychology, wording, and visual concept that make someone click. YouTube experience is strongly preferred, but we may take a chance on an exceptional data analyst who can demonstrate strong content instincts and a clear understanding of YouTube. Experience analyzing TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Reddit, or other platforms is a bonus. This will begin as a paid test project. A successful engagement may develop into ongoing weekly meetings, a larger part-time position, and potentially a future full-time role.
