Data Annotation / Image Quality Assurance specialist

We are looking for a detail-oriented person to review and compare images and identify visual errors, inconsistencies, and quality issues. The work involves carefully examining images and spotting problems such as: * Incorrect hands, fingers, faces, or body anatomy * Warped or distorted objects * Incorrect text or misspellings inside images * Strange lighting, shadows, or reflections * Perspective and geometry errors * Objects that blend together unnaturally * Repeated or duplicated objects * Missing or extra objects * Unrealistic textures or details * Incorrect colors * Poor image quality * Images that do not follow the provided instructions * Small differences between two similar images * Other visual mistakes that may not be obvious at first glance You will often compare two images and determine which one is better based on the instructions provided. This is primarily a visual quality-control and image-review position. You do not need to be a programmer, but you should be comfortable using a computer, browser tabs, screenshots, and online tools. The ideal candidate: * Has excellent attention to detail * Is good at noticing small visual mistakes * Can follow written instructions exactly * Has strong English reading comprehension * Can clearly explain why something looks incorrect * Is comfortable performing repetitive computer-based tasks * Can work independently * Is reliable and consistent * Has experience with image annotation, data labeling, quality assurance, graphic design, photo editing, or similar work Experience with data annotation, image annotation, image quality review, QA testing, Photoshop, graphic design, or visual inspection is a plus but not required. This can be ongoing work for the right person.
