Data Entry Assistant – Business Contact Research

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Assistant to help us collect and organize contact information for roofing, landscaping, and painting companies across the United States. The primary responsibility of this role is to research potential businesses, identify companies with outdated, poor-quality, or missing websites, and collect accurate executive contact information for our sales outreach campaigns. Strong attention to detail and accuracy are essential. Responsibilities Research roofing, landscaping, and painting companies in the United States that: - Do not have a website - Have outdated, poorly designed, or ineffective websites - Collect and organize business and executive information in spreadsheets or CRM systems, including: - Company name - Website URL (if available, especially outdated or poor-quality websites) CEO, Founder, or COO name - Direct phone number - Contact email address - Company location Verify and confirm that the collected phone numbers belong directly to the CEO, Founder, or COO before submitting the data Maintain accurate, clean, and well-organized records Follow data quality guidelines and ensure all information is properly validated
