Data Entry & B2B Lead Generation Expert

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry & B2B Lead Generation Expert to support our eCommerce operations. This is a professional, computer-based freelance role focused on accurate data handling, research, and list building to help us grow our brand. What you will do: - Data Entry & Copy & Paste: Enter and update product, customer, and company information into Google Sheets, Excel, and other business tools with high accuracy - Accuracy Verification: Review and verify data for completeness, spelling, formatting, and consistency - Data Cleaning: Remove duplicates, correct errors, and standardize data formats for clean databases - B2B Lead Generation: Research and compile B2B company data including company name, website, industry, contact person, email, and phone number from public sources - List Building: Build targeted lead lists in spreadsheets with proper categorization and tagging for sales and marketing use Required Skills & Experience: - Proven experience in Data Entry, Copy & Paste tasks, and Accuracy Verification - Strong skills in Data Cleaning and organizing large datasets - Experience in Lead Generation and List Building for B2B companies - Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel - Strong attention to detail, speed, and ability to maintain data confidentiality - Good written English communication Nice to Have: - Experience with Shopify, CRM tools, or eCommerce product data - Familiarity with SEO keywords for product/content data
