Data Entry & Data Formatting Specialist

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry & Data Formatting Specialist to help us organize, enter, clean, and format data accurately. The ideal candidate should have good attention to detail and be comfortable working with Excel, Google Sheets, Word, and other data management tools. Responsibilities: Enter data accurately into Excel, Google Sheets, or other systems Format and organize spreadsheets for easy readability Clean and correct inconsistent or duplicate data Convert and organize data from different file formats Copy, paste, sort, filter, and categorize information Review entered data and identify errors or missing information Maintain proper file and folder organization Follow provided instructions and formatting guidelines Requirements: Previous experience in data entry or data formatting Good knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and follow instructions Good communication skills Reliable and able to meet deadlines This can be a long-term opportunity for the right person if the work is accurate and consistent.
