Data Entry & Data Quality Specialist

We are seeking a reliable Data Entry & Data Quality Specialist to join our team and help maintain accurate, organized, and high-quality business data. This role combines Data Entry, Data Quality, AI Verification, and Records Management to ensure our databases remain clean, consistent, and up to date. You will be responsible for manual data entry, online data entry, data collection, data extraction, data cleaning, data validation, data updating, and database management using Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and business systems. You will also review AI-generated data, verify its accuracy, correct inconsistencies, organize digital records, perform PDF-to-Excel and image-to-text data entry, and maintain structured datasets for reporting and daily operations. The ideal candidate has experience with spreadsheet management, document processing, records management, CRM data entry, and accuracy verification. Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently while handling large datasets are essential.
