Data Entry/Excel Expert Needed to Sort 400 Records by Zip Code for USPS Bulk Mail

I have a list of 400 mailing addresses in Excel/cvs file with associated data that needs to be sorted and prepared according to USPS Bulk Mail guidelines. Should not take more than hour Easy for someone with experience in USPS requirements and formatting. Addresses must conform with USPS bulk mail and USPS address standards.
