Data Entry & Lead Generation Specialist

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry & Lead Generation Specialist to help us manage business data, conduct online research, and build accurate lead lists for our sales and marketing activities. The ideal candidate should have experience in data entry, lead generation, web research, data collection, contact research, and spreadsheet management. Responsibilities: • Enter and update information accurately in spreadsheets and databases • Research companies and identify relevant business contacts • Find decision-makers such as CEOs, Founders, Owners, Directors, and Managers • Collect names, job titles, company details, LinkedIn profiles, emails, and other required information • Build and maintain targeted lead lists in Excel or Google Sheets • Conduct web and LinkedIn research to find and verify information • Clean, organize, format, and update existing data • Identify and remove duplicate or outdated records • Follow specific instructions and maintain high data accuracy • Provide administrative and ongoing data entry support when required Experience with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, RocketReach, and CRM systems is a plus.
