Data Entry & LinkedIn Outreach Assistant

I’m looking for a reliable and detail-oriented freelancer to support me with data entry, online research, and LinkedIn outreach. The main goal is to keep prospect information accurate and organized while consistently reaching out to the right people on LinkedIn. What You’ll Be Doing Research and collect accurate prospect information Enter and organize data in Google Sheets/Excel or CRM Find relevant companies, contacts, and decision-makers Review and clean existing prospect lists Search LinkedIn for prospects based on specific criteria Send connection requests and outreach messages Follow up with prospects when needed Track connections, replies, and outreach activity Keep the database and outreach records updated Who I’m Looking For I need someone who is careful with details, consistent, and easy to communicate with. You should already be comfortable with: Data entry and web research LinkedIn prospecting and outreach Google Sheets or Excel Following a defined process Working independently and meeting deadlines Experience with Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, or other CRM/lead-generation tools is a plus.
