Roadsoft is a software company in Amsterdam working with 2,500+ transport companies across Europe. We're running an outreach campaign where we send a personalised gift to transport companies we want to reach, and we need someone to prepare the spreadsheet our supplier will work from. We'll send you a list of companies along with the data we already hold. For each one, you'll do a bit of online research and complete a row in our template. The research part: each company on the list is a transport business with branded trucks. Your job is to find a clear, print-quality photo of one of their trucks online — usually on their website, LinkedIn, Facebook, or in news coverage — and download it. If you can't find a usable photo, or the only ones available are low quality, you flag it rather than guess. The data entry part: for each company you'll then: Insert the truck photo directly into the spreadsheet cell, so our supplier can see and use it straight from the sheet Save the same image file to a shared Google Drive folder we'll give you access to, named after the company, as a backup Fill in the details we provide and match the correct personalised message to each company — companies fall into two groups and each group gets a different message, which you'll assign following our rules Clean up the finished sheet so it's ready to send to our supplier: consistent formatting, no blanks or duplicates, unresolved companies on a separate tab Accuracy matters more than speed. Every row results in a real delivery to a real business, so the right photo and the right message need to sit against the right company.
