US Data Entry Position - Full Remote

CAM Technology Consultants Inc is seeking a detail-oriented and efficient USA Data Entry specialist to join our growing team. This is a full-time, remote position based in Kuala Lumpur, allowing you to work from anywhere with a reliable internet connection. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting, managing, and maintaining data for USA-based clients and operations. Key responsibilities Accurately enter and process data from various sources into computer systems and databases, maintaining high levels of precision and efficiency Verify data for deficiencies or errors and correct any discrepancies to ensure complete and accurate records Perform regular quality checks on entered data to maintain accuracy standards and identify areas for improvement Organise and maintain digital filing systems, ensuring all documents are properly categorised and easily retrievable Prepare reports and summaries based on collected data for distribution to relevant departments and stakeholders Communicate with team members and supervisors to clarify data requirements and resolve any data-related issues Meet daily, weekly and monthly data entry targets whilst maintaining quality standards Adhere to data protection protocols and confidentiality requirements at all times What we're looking for Proven experience in data entry or word processing roles, ideally in a customer-facing or USA-focused business environment Proficiency with data entry software, spreadsheet applications (such as Microsoft Excel) and word processing tools (such as Microsoft Word) Exceptional typing speed and accuracy, with the ability to maintain quality whilst working under time pressure Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high data quality standards Familiarity with USA business practices, terminology and data formats is highly desirable Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a remote team environment Ability to work independently and take responsibility for meeting targets and deadlines A reliable internet connection and a suitable home working environment What we offer At CAM Technology Consultants Inc, we recognise the importance of supporting our employees' professional growth and wellbeing.
