Data Entry + Processing: Creating Purchase Orders For Shopify Store

We’re hiring a detail-oriented, fast-learning individual to assist with order fulfillment for our growing Shopify store. This is a long-term remote position for someone who is comfortable working during night shift hours (U.S. time) and is highly organized with strong communication skills. You will be responsible for: • Creating purchase/order forms for production • Sending customer approval images • Communicating with customers via email when necessary. • Following up with our factories in pakistan and china to check on or status when necessary • Communicating clearly with the team about order status Key Qualifications: 1. Strong data entry skills with excellent attention to detail — no two orders are the same 2. Familiarity with Shopify is required 3. Comfortable using Google Sheets / Excel 4. familiar with zoho teaminbox (not required but a plus) 5. Able to work independently and follow standard procedures 6. Clear written English and ability to communicate professionally with team and vendors
