Data Entry / Research – Collect 3,000 Melbourne Real Estate Agent Contacts from realestate.com.au

We are looking for a reliable and accurate web researcher/data-entry specialist to manually build a database of approximately 3,000 active real estate sales agents across Melbourne, Australia, using realestate.com.au. This is manual research, not a automated scraping job as realestate.com.au blocks scrapers and webcrawlers. You will deliver these on a CSV. For each agent, we need: - Agent full name - Agency name - Agency suburb/area - Mobile/direct phone number - Email address (if shown on realestate.com.au) - Number of properties sold/listed in the last 12 months We only want agents who: 1. Are sales agents (not property managers or leasing agents) 2. Operate within Melbourne metropolitan areas or Melbourne growth corridors (excluding out west growth corridor ie werribee, point cook, truganina and outer south ie frankston and beyond) 3. Have sold more than 12 property sales/listings in the previous 12 months 4. Do NOT include any agents from Jellis Craig All this info is on realestate.com.au. I tested the process of collecting this info and it takes about 30 seconds per agent. Target Approximately 3,000 qualified agents. Quality requirements We will spot-check the completed data.
