Data Entry Specialist — Canadian Financial Rates Research (ongoing, part-time)

We're a Canadian financial-data company building a comprehensive, always-current database of product and service rates. We're hiring a small team of detail-oriented data entry specialists to help us capture and keep that data up to date. What you'll do - Work from a list of roughly [20–25] brands assigned to you. - Visit each brand's website and record product and pricing data. - After the initial capture, re-check your data on a set schedule (daily for some, weekly for others) and record any changes. - Log the exact source page and date for every row — every number must be traceable to where you saw it. - Flag anything unclear for review instead of guessing. We provide full training. If you can read carefully and follow a documented process exactly, you can do this well. Requirements Exceptional attention to detail — this is the whole job. Comfortable with Google Sheets or Excel (data entry, dropdowns, filters). Strong written English. Reliable availability A conscientious, ask-when-unsure working style. You'll be measured on accuracy first, speed second. Hiring process Shortlisted applicants complete a short paid trial task (capturing the published rates of one small institution using our template) so we can assess accuracy and fit.
