AI Data Entry Specialist | OCR, Excel & Database Management

We are looking for an experienced AI Data Entry Specialist to help streamline our data operations using modern AI-powered tools while maintaining exceptional accuracy. This role combines Data Entry, OCR (Optical Character Recognition), Excel, and Database Management to process, verify, organize, and maintain large volumes of business data efficiently. You will be responsible for reviewing AI-generated data, correcting OCR errors, performing manual data entry, data validation, data cleaning, data extraction, data collection, and data updating across spreadsheets, databases, and CRM systems. Daily tasks include PDF to Excel conversion, document processing, image-to-text transcription, spreadsheet management, records management, database maintenance, and quality assurance to ensure all information is complete, consistent, and error-free. The ideal candidate has strong experience with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, OCR software, CRM data entry, database management, and AI-assisted document processing. Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Adobe Acrobat OCR, Google Document AI, Nanonets, Rossum, or Docparser is an advantage.
