Data Entry Specialist (U.S. Only)

We're hiring a detail-oriented data entry professional to join our team. This role involves entering, verifying, and organizing data accurately and efficiently. Requirements: Must be authorized to work in the United States and physically located in the U.S. Must personally perform the work — no subcontracting, outsourcing, or third-party access to company data under any circumstances Strong attention to detail and typing accuracy Familiarity with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets — formulas, sorting/filtering, basic formatting) Very good written and verbal communication skills Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision Reliable internet connection and computer Responsibilities: Enter data into internal systems accurately and on schedule Review entries for errors and correct discrepancies Maintain confidentiality of all handled data Meet daily/weekly productivity targets
