Data Entry Specialist for Data Collection and CRM Management

We are looking for a Data Entry Specialist to accurately enter, update, and manage data across multiple CRM platforms, including HubSpot, WordPress, Zoho CRM, and Salesforce. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and experienced in maintaining accurate records while ensuring data consistency across systems. The work will mainly involve entering new records, updating existing information, cleaning up duplicate or outdated data, and ensuring the information is consistent across different systems. Some data may need to be imported or exported using Excel/CSV files, so experience with spreadsheets is important. Tasks may include: Entering customer and business data into CRM systems Updating contact information, company details, and customer records Cleaning duplicate, outdated, or incomplete records Importing and exporting data using Excel or CSV files Checking data accuracy across HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, and WordPress Keeping records organized and easy to search Flagging missing or unclear information before making changes Performing basic data quality checks before submission
