Data Entry Specialist for Outreach List Building

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist for Outreach List Building to help us build a high-quality, targeted, and verified prospect database for outbound outreach campaigns. Your main responsibility will be to research companies, identify relevant decision-makers based on specific criteria, and collect and organize accurate information, including company name, website, industry, location, contact name, job title, verified business email, phone number, LinkedIn profile, and other required details. Each lead must meet our qualification criteria and should be relevant to our target audience rather than simply being added to increase list size. You will also verify information, remove duplicate or irrelevant contacts, check for missing data, and maintain clean and consistent formatting in Excel, Google Sheets, or our CRM. Experience with Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google, Excel, Google Sheets, CRM platforms, and email verification tools is preferred. Strong web research skills, attention to detail, and experience building high-quality B2B outreach lists are required. The goal is to deliver a clean, accurate, verified, and outreach-ready lead database. This is a small initial project with potential for ongoing lead generation, data research, and outreach list-building work.
