Data Entry On Website

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to assist with entering, updating, and organizing information on our website. The main responsibility will be to accurately transfer provided data into the website, review existing records, and ensure all information is complete, properly formatted, and entered in the correct fields. Some basic web research and data verification may also be required to confirm missing or outdated information. Responsibilities: Enter and update data directly on the website Copy and transfer information from provided files and online sources Review website records for accuracy and completeness Verify names, contact details, URLs, categories, and other required information Identify and remove duplicate or incorrect entries Perform basic web research when information is missing Maintain consistent formatting across all records Organize supporting data in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets Follow provided instructions and website data-entry guidelines Perform quality checks before submitting completed work Requirements: Previous experience with Data Entry and Website Data Entry Strong attention to detail and accuracy Experience with Web Research and Online Research Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets Ability to handle repetitive data-entry tasks accurately Good organizational and data verification skills Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines Reliable communication and availability We are looking for someone who can provide accurate, clean, and well-organized data rather than focusing only on speed. There may be additional data entry, web research, and administrative work available for the right freelancer.
