Data Gathering and Enrichment Specialist - Data Entry: Contractor license info/etc. → Google Sheets

I run a Massachusetts contractor directory and need help entering new business listings into a Google Sheet from public licensing board sources. What you’ll do: • Search MA licensing boards (HIC registry, ePlace for specialty trades, CSL) by trade or town • Copy contractor info into a Google Sheet in the exact format I provide: business name, license #, license status, address, phone, website, insurance status (if shown), years active (if shown) • Leave a field blank if the source doesn’t show it — no guessing, no pulling from the contractor’s own website for license/trust fields What I’ll provide: • A format doc with example rows already filled in correctly • Direct links to each licensing board • A working Google Sheet tab (not our live production sheet) What I’m looking for: • Comfort navigating government/licensing websites • Careful, accurate copy-paste — this is a precision task, not a creative one • Available to start soon How this will run: We’ll start with a small paid test batch to make sure the format and pace work well for both of us, then continue with an ongoing arrangement if it’s a good fit.
