Data Management

We have many lists, a ton of data, we are expanding, and we need someone who can take the data, show us trends. Someone who can translate what the results from our efforts are telling us and putting it in a macro view of what is and what is not working effectively. We are expanding markets and growing. If the job is performed well and effectively this is going to be a highly lucrative position. You will be provided with the data that you must navigate and analyze to show us where we are finding success and where we need to potentially soften our approach. We have clear data, trends, analysis, thousands of calls made every month to leads which we are providing. We need to know what to target and someone to clearly explain what we are looking at when we receive the data. We are looking to refine the process and accurately target pockets of data that are the most fruitful. For example, lets say we make 25,000 calls to a specific niche, and we are getting a .0004 response but that is taking up a majority of our time, and our conversion is low, we need to understand of that data, where we are finding the .0004 of success and how we can either improve that ratio of better spend our efforts based upon results from other lead sources. Alternatively, as we expand, and refine and strengthen our data. We need someone as a supportive system to make sure that we are maintaining an effective approach as we are entering new markets and trying out new lead sources in new areas. This will also likely involve monitoring script adherence for callers, to make sure that what we can control is controllable. Thank you
