Data Migrations Specialist

Role Overview At Walla, data migration is not a back-office task — it is one of the most critical moments in a customer's journey and a foundational driver of their long-term success with our platform. As a Data Migration Specialist, you'll serve as a trusted technical guide and hands-on owner of customer migrations from third-party platforms (primarily Mindbody) into Walla — ensuring studios start their Walla experience with clean, accurate, and reliable data. The specialist works cross-functionally with onboarding, customer support, and engineering teams to manage migration timelines, validate data, resolve discrepancies, and ensure a smooth transition for new customers. This is a role best suited for someone who blends strong technical data skills with a customer-first mindset. You're operationally sharp, highly detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple complex migrations simultaneously. You take pride in precision, communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences, and feel a genuine sense of responsibility for helping customers confidently transition their business to Walla.
