Data Miner / Lead Generation Specialist – Medical & Cosmetic Spas Job Overview We are looking for an experienced Data Miner / Lead Generation Specialist to build a large, accurate database of medical spas, cosmetic spas, aesthetic clinics, wellness clinics, and medical weight-loss clinics throughout targeted U.S. markets. The primary deliverable will be a clean, organized Excel spreadsheet containing business information, contact information, decision-maker information, and details regarding whether each business currently offers GLP-1 weight-loss programs and/or peptide services. This database will be used by our sales and business development team, so accuracy and completeness are extremely important. Geographic Markets We need businesses researched in the following markets: Florida Texas California New York New Jersey Connecticut Massachusetts Georgia, with a strong focus on Atlanta North Carolina Maryland Arizona Illinois Colorado PRIORITY MARKETS The largest concentration of research should initially be placed on: 1. The researcher should go deeper into each business and determine: Does the business currently advertise GLP-1 or medical weight-loss services? Do they advertise semaglutide, tirzepatide, or other GLP-1 programs? Does the business advertise peptide therapy or peptide-related services? Which peptides are publicly listed? Are prices advertised directly on the website? What are those prices? Who appears to be the office manager, practice manager, operations manager, owner, or appropriate decision-maker? Can a direct business email and phone number for that individual be identified from legitimate public/business sources? Information should be gathered from sources such as company websites, Google Business listings, LinkedIn, professional directories, social media business pages, and reputable lead-generation databases. Data Quality Standards Accuracy is more important than speed. We expect the researcher to: Remove duplicate businesses and duplicate locations. Verify emails whenever possible. Clearly distinguish direct contact information from generic office information. Never invent or guess contact information. Use only legitimate public/business contact information. Include the source URL used to verify GLP-1 and peptide offerings. Mark unavailable information as N/A rather than leaving us unsure whether it was researched. Keep formatting consistent throughout the entire spreadsheet. Separate businesses by state so the database can easily be filtered and segmented. Initial Priority The first phase of this project should focus heavily on: Florida → Texas → California → New York → New Jersey We want to build a comprehensive database in these five markets first, particularly businesses offering GLP-1 weight-loss programs, peptide therapy, or both. After these markets are sufficiently covered, research should expand into Connecticut, Massachusetts, Georgia/Atlanta, North Carolina, Maryland, Arizona, Illinois, and Colorado.
