Data Scraping & Verified Contact Research for US Commercial & SBA Lending Staff

I need verified contact records for commercial and SBA lending staff at US lending institutions. I'm supplying the institution list so you're not building it or having to guess what lenders I need info for. We're starting with 1,374 SBA 7(a) lenders, which should produce roughly 4,000 to 6,000 contact rows. Later milestones cover conventional commercial lenders, credit unions, 504 CDCs, non-bank SBA lenders, Farm Credit associations, and CDFI loan funds, bringing the full scope to about 6,700 institutions. For each institution, find the people in SBA lending, commercial lending, or senior lending roles. Return name, title, email, and phone in a schema I provide. These institutions don't all use the same job titles, and I'll provide the full include/exclude list. Accuracy is the deliverable for this project. We have used data scrapers and tools in the past and don't want a bunch of unproven numbers or emails. Every row needs to be verified with whether the person still works there, their title is current, the email is deliverable, and the phone is live. I'd rather have 12,000 rows I can trust than 20,000 I can't. Use whatever tools you want, your process is your business, but every row has to carry a source I can open and check. This project will be broken into milestones, starting with a paid pilot of 100 institutions so we both see the output before committing to the rest. If the pilot is a success, we will then pursue the full scope of roughly 6k to 8k lenders which should yield approx 20k-30k rows of data.
