Data entry and web research for real estate contact enrichment (ongoing)

We're a US software company serving property managers, and we need a careful, detail-oriented person for ongoing data work in a commercial real estate database. The work, two parts: Contact enrichment. We give you a spreadsheet of about 3,000 contacts. For each one, you look up the person in our real estate database and copy three fields into the sheet: job title, email, and LinkedIn URL. Report exports. Each cycle, running a set of about 250 saved reports and downloading each one as a CSV. Repetitive but simple. What actually matters in this role: Accuracy over speed. If the company name in our sheet doesn't exactly match what you find in the database, you leave the row blank and mark it. A blank row is a correct answer. A wrong row is not. Filling cells with a close guess is the one thing that ends this contract. You'll get video walkthroughs of both processes, so no prior experience with our specific database is required. What we can't train is patience with repetitive work and honesty about what you couldn't find. Important: this database blocks automation. No scripts, no browser agents, no AI extraction tools. All of it is manual. Please don't apply if your plan is to automate it, it will get our account flagged. Hours: around 160 hours a month, ongoing, long term. This is not a one-off project.
