Database Administrator for Development Team

We are looking for an experienced Database Administrator (DBA) to support our development team on an ad-hoc basis (approximately 10–12 hours per week). Responsibilities: Design and create database architecture. Develop and optimize database schemas. Performance tuning and query optimization. Database security, backup, and best practices. Support developers with database-related tasks. Requirements: Strong experience with MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle, or similar databases. Excellent database design and optimization skills. Good communication in English. Mandatory Availability (Non-Negotiable): You must be available for calls between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM IST (Monday–Friday) whenever required.
